Withdrawal & Returns — Rosa Schaffer

At a Glance

You have 14 days to withdraw from your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of cosmetic products as long as the seal is intact and the product is unused. Please contact us at info@rosaschaffer.com before returning anything.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a short email to info@rosaschaffer.com is sufficient.

Returns & Hygiene

Our cosmetic products are delivered sealed. Returns are only possible if the seal is intact and the product is unused and in its original condition. If the seal has been removed or the product has been used, returns are excluded.

How Returns Work

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Write to us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@rosaschaffer.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the note "withdrawal" or "return". We will get back to you with the next steps.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
