We ship within Austria and the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Austria: €5.99 · free shipping on orders over €30 EU: €9.99 · free shipping on orders over €100

The order value refers to the items in your cart, excluding shipping costs.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. During special promotions, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

After dispatch, please allow for the following delivery times: Austria: approx. 1–3 business days EU: approx. 3–7 business days

In rare cases — such as high parcel volumes or public holidays — delays may occur.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship via Austrian Post. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email — including a tracking link, where available.

Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply. If you need to make a change after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@rosaschaffer.com — as long as the parcel hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually adjust it.

Damaged Delivery or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. In case of shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours at info@rosaschaffer.com — ideally with photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product. For missing items, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll take care of it.

Taxes & Customs

Within the EU, no customs duties typically apply. Any local regulations are beyond our control.
