By placing an order, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. All prices are in euros, including VAT. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal — for sealed cosmetics, this only applies as long as the seal is intact. Austrian law applies.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Rosa Schaffer online shop. The contracting party is Ravissante OG.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Details can be found on our shipping page.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Charges are applied at the time of the order or in accordance with the terms of the respective payment provider.
5. Delivery & Availability
We deliver to the countries listed in our shop. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found on our withdrawal and returns page.
Hygiene notice: Our cosmetic products are delivered sealed. Returns are only possible as long as the seal is intact and the product is unused. Once the seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Before returning anything, please contact us at info@rosaschaffer.com — we will initiate the return and provide you with all necessary information.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply. For business customers, warranty may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Copyright
All content in our shop — text, images, design, logos — is protected by copyright. Any use beyond what is legally permitted requires our written consent.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection provisions. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
